Certified Pharmacy / Billing Technician - Signing Bonus

Four Locations / Positions available: Powell, TN / Maryville, TN / Oak Ridge, TN / Townsend, TN

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to become part of our Mac's Long-Term Care Pharmacy team! We are hiring for multiple locations. Primary responsibilities will be order entry for medication orders and daily medication fulfillment. We are a family-owned pharmacy who prides ourselves on the relationships we build and our community involvement. Candidates will be expected to maintain those standards. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Enter prescription orders daily
• Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients
• Communicate with communities and providers regarding prescription care for residents
• Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partnering communities
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician is preferred, but not required
• Long-term care pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
