This role is critical to delivering a high-quality living experience for our residents by ensuring appliances are repaired quickly, correctly, and efficiently.

⚙️ What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping appliances operating at their best.
- Diagnose and repair appliances, with a primary focus on washers and dryers
- Install appliances and connect to existing power and water systems
- Identify and select appropriate parts from inventory for repairs
- Perform repairs to bring appliances back to full working condition
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and service activity
- Partner with your team to deliver fast, flexible, and high-quality service
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
- Support inventory tracking and ordering of necessary parts
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your skillset
🧰 What You Bring
- 3–5 years of appliance repair experience (diagnostics hands-on repair)
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with washers and dryers
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and courteous approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license vehicle (required for travel between properties)
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work daily
- Basic tools and knowledge of safe tool usage
