Marketing Specialist – MAC Panel
Position Summary
MAC Panel is seeking a highly driven, hands-on Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our brand, products, and customer engagement efforts across the aerospace, defense, industrial, and test markets.
This role is designed for a fast-moving individual contributor who enjoys building, creating, organizing, and executing. The Marketing Specialist will own day-to-day marketing execution while working directly with the CEO on strategic direction, messaging, positioning, and growth priorities.
The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to leverage modern AI tools to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Brand Execution
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, datasheets, presentations, trade show materials, and sales enablement content
- Support website updates, product messaging, and digital content creation
- Help maintain and evolve MAC Panel’s brand identity across all customer touchpoints
- Create and manage LinkedIn posts, customer announcements, and other social media content
- Coordinate photography, video, graphics, and other creative assets as needed
- Develop customer success stories, application highlights, and thought leadership content that showcases MAC Panel’s expertise and capabilities
Podcast & Multimedia Content
- Lead the relaunch and ongoing management of MAC Panel’s podcast program as a platform for industry thought leadership
- Coordinate podcast planning, guest outreach, recording logistics, editing, publishing, and promotion
- Create supporting content from podcast episodes, including social media clips, articles, email content, and sales enablement materials
- Work with internal subject matter experts, customers, and industry partners to develop engaging technical and market-focused discussions
Sales & Business Development Support
- Support the sales team with customer-facing materials, proposal graphics, presentations, and messaging
- Assist in organizing and executing trade shows, customer visits, and marketing campaigns
- Help develop targeted outreach campaigns aligned with strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain marketing and customer data within CRM systems
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, website analytics, SEO, and digital engagement tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support ongoing CRM and marketing automation activities
- Assist with website content management and continuous improvement initiatives
AI & Process Enablement
- Utilize modern AI tools to improve marketing content generation, research, productivity, and execution speed
- Explore and implement new AI-enabled workflows for content creation, marketing automation, and customer engagement
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and quality through technology adoption
General Marketing Operations
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, printers, and contractors
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and responsiveness
- Support other strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO
- Improve internal alignment around mission, vision, values and strategic direction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to execute independently and move quickly
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, growing business environment
- Experience with tools such as CRM systems, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and website content management systems
- Interest in or experience using AI tools such as Claude, generative AI platforms, content automation tools, or workflow automation tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Preferred: 3–7 years of marketing experience
- Preferred: Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, or technical environments
- Preferred: Experience with WordPress, website content management, SEO, and website analytics
- Preferred: Experience creating or managing podcasts, video content, webinars, or other multimedia marketing programs
