What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at Mac Metal Sales?
MAC Metal Sales is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support our team across six divisions and sister companies. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of HR experience, a passion for recruitment and employee relations, and a strong understanding of company culture and values. A degree in HR is a plus but not required. This position is Monday-Friday, 8-5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, and workers’ comp
- Manage employee uniforms and vendor invoices
- Oversee safety, attendance, and performance programs
- Handle employee relations, write-ups, terminations, and unemployment hearings
- Collaborate with leadership to meet company goals
