A leading global manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence Manager to lead Lean transformation across their U.S. manufacturing facility.

What You Will Be Doing:
✅ Lead Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives company-wide
✅ Drive Six Sigma / DMAIC projects to eliminate waste and improve performance
✅ Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops
✅ Coach and mentor production leaders, supervisors, and engineers on Lean principles
✅ Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities and implement pull systems
✅ Build KPI dashboards, project governance, and benefit tracking
✅ Support Hoshin Planning and align improvement projects with business strategy
✅ Develop a culture of accountability and employee engagement
What You Need:
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
📋 Six Sigma Green Belt required — Black Belt strongly preferred
⏱️ 10 years leading Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement in industrial manufacturing
🔧 Strong working knowledge of: Lean, Six Sigma / DMAIC, VSM, Standard Work, Pull Systems, Takt Time, Hoshin Kanri, TWI, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA
🌎 Spanish bilingual a plus
