Ford is looking for a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our
growing team. If you enjoy talking with customers, staying organized, and working
in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound service calls and make outbound calls to customers.
- Schedule service appointments while maximizing shop capacity.
- Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email.
- Confirm appointments to maintain a high show rate.
- Build value in recommended maintenance and dealership services.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals.
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial contact through their appointment.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Coachable with a desire to improve every day.
- Experience preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience preferred.
- We’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude and drive.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform with minimal supervision.
- Must be dependable, professional, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
