Requirements
- Automotive dealership accounting experience is REQUIRED
- CDK experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dealership office operations
- Must be able to hire, properly staff, and train office personnel
- Ability to lead and develop a strong accounting office team
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
