Assistant Vice President – Stetson School

The Stetson School, a respected affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead and oversee multi-department operations within our nationally recognized residential, clinical, educational, nursing, training, maintenance, food service, and program quality improvement services. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary leader to make a direct and lasting impact on the lives of youth within a therapeutic, interdisciplinary setting.
Annual Salary: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00
Responsibilities
Lead and manage diverse operational departments to ensure high-quality, individualized, trauma-informed care.
Oversee residential treatment, risk prevention, education, clinical services, health and safety compliance, and facility operations.
Develop innovative programs in response to emerging needs while maintaining alignment with Stetson School's philosophy and mission.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards.
Drive program quality improvement initiatives, using measurable outcomes and data analysis to strengthen services.
Supervise and mentor directors and managers across functional areas, fostering collaboration and staff development.
Prepare and manage the program budget in partnership with senior leadership.
Promote a culture of respect, empowerment, and continuous learning for staff and students.
Qualifications
Master's degree in a human services-related field
Stetson School is a residential education program, and that experience working with state agencies such as DCF, DESE, and EEC is preferred 5–10 years of senior management experience in residential or clinical program leadership.
Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills, with proven ability to manage complex operations.
Adept at communication, team building, conflict resolution, and inspiring staff toward shared goals.
Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and to the highest standards of professional ethics.
Valid driver's license
