- 84 months of experience in IT supporting complex software systems or applications.
- 84 months of experience analyzing complex business processes and creating/reviewing test plans.
- 84 months of experience documenting, communicating and validating requirements throughout the system, process or product lifecycle.
- 84 months of experience providing written communications to business owners, IT teams and management.
- 84 months of experience working with Health Insurance, Affordable Care Act or Medicaid, including Eligibility and Enrollment.
- 84 months of experience with ETL tools, batch jobs, Rational Quality Manager, Cognos reporting or HIPAA-compliant X12 EDI transaction formats.
- 60 months of experience reviewing and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business requirements.
- 48 months of experience developing test scenarios and test cases, executing testing and documenting defects using a defect management tool.
