M9 Solutions is seeking aFederal Account Executive to join our Corporate team in Tysons, VA.
As a Federal Account Executive focused on Federal System Integrator accounts, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering staffing solutions that solve our clients' challenges and support their mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Expand Client Relationships:
- Proactively engage with national-level Federal System Integrators to establish and grow strategic relationships. Utilize a combination of outbound outreach, in-person meetings, and networking to uncover new opportunities.
- Consultative Sales Approach:
- Understand your clients' unique needs and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor, positioning staffing services that align with their long-term business goals.
- Full Sales Lifecycle Ownership:
- Manage open job requisitions from intake to fulfillment, including requirement gathering, coordination with recruiting, and managing client expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with internal delivery, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure positions are filled quickly and efficiently.
- Candidate Advocacy & Marketing:
- Represent high-caliber candidates to existing and prospective clients. Work to match top talent with open roles in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 - 5 years of IT staffing sales experience with a strong focus on System Integration clients (federal space preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding individual revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen and ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a supportive team culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems is required.
