How You Will Make an Impact
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects M3's commitment to excellence.
- Answer and route incoming calls with exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Greet and announce visitors professionally, establishing strong first impressions that set the stage for successful business relationships.
- Manage all incoming deliveries, faxes, and special mail, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to appropriate team members.
- Lead safety and compliance protocols in the main lobby area, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
- Support the Administration Department with data entry, project work, and client communications as needed.
- Maintain the office lobby in an orderly and professional manner, creating an inviting space for clients and visitors.
- Train and coordinate backup support to ensure consistent client experience coverage during absences.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of one year receptionist or office coordinator experience and/or training.
- Excellent customer service skills with a natural ability to make people feel welcome and valued.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with high-level executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks efficiently, even with frequent interruptions.
- Excellent PC skills and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in-office during office hours of 7:45 am to 4:45 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
