Key Responsibilities
- Answer/direct incoming calls
- Manage fleet vehicles
- Order supplies
- Coordinate large group lunches
- Organize and prepare reports timely; ability to work under deadlines
- Prepare and coordinate project meetings
- Prepare, coordinate and log project correspondence accurately
- Issue drawings, specifications and other project documents
- Assist Project Managers, Engineering Managers and Construction Managers with other tasks as required for the success of the projects
- Work alone or as part of a team to coordinate administrative tasks – maintain accurate project control files and records
- High school diploma/equivalent with a minimum of 3 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Must be able to work in a project team and communicate clearly
- Be a self-starter, detailed oriented and have exceptional organizational skill
- Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision.
- Previous experience with mining projects and/or EPCM projects
