Your Impact

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production equipment to keep operations efficient
• Support production and warehouse teams by moving materials safely and accurately
• Maintain proper inventory control and ensure materials are scanned and tracked correctly
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Help identify and report equipment or material issues to prevent production delays

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up lift trucks to support production and warehouse operations
• Deliver materials to production equipment on time and remove finished goods for shipping or storage
• Perform accurate scanning and inventory tracking using company systems
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues immediately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout the plant and warehouse
• Detect faulty operations or defective materials and communicate issues to supervisors
• Comply with all safety regulations and follow company procedures

What You'll Bring

• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely in a production or warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and good decision-making skills when handling materials and equipment
• Ability to lift and move items over 75 pounds and perform active physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and stooping
• Basic computer skills to locate materials and maintain inventory records
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with production teams and supervisors
• Commitment to safety, organization, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
