M2 Solutions is seeking an experienced Endpoint Mobility Engineer to manage and secure enterprise mobile and endpoint devices using modern mobile device and application management platforms. This role will focus on administering Microsoft Intune, implementing secure mobile architectures, and ensuring compliance with organizational and federal security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise mobile device and application management using Microsoft Intune
- Configure, deploy, and support iOS and Android devices across secure and distributed environments 📱
- Implement and manage identity-driven device access policies using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- Design and enforce conditional access, device compliance, and application protection policies
- Troubleshoot complex device, authentication, and network connectivity issues impacting mobile endpoints
- Integrate mobile device management with enterprise identity, certificate, and security infrastructures
- Provide technical support and guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Document configurations, policies, and operational procedures to support security and audit requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 11 years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience 🎓
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune or a comparable enterprise MDM/MAM solution
- Demonstrated experience supporting and securing iOS and Android devices in enterprise or government environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Conditional Access policies
- Identity lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of:
- Mobile security principles
- Encryption and certificate-based authentication
- Device compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex endpoint, authentication, and connectivity issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience automating device lifecycle management using:
- PowerShell
- Microsoft Graph API
- Familiarity with:
- Apple Business Manager
- Android Enterprise
- Experience supporting mobile devices in secure government, defense, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and endpoint security tooling
- Relevant industry certifications such as:
- Microsoft 365 Mobility & Security certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- CompTIA Security
