Sr. Information Systems Specialist – Senior Mobility Endpoint Support Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobility Endpoint Support Engineer to join our Tier 2/3 organization supporting the End Point Engineering and Operations team for our client. This role requires strong technical expertise in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions, including Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and Apple Business Manager, with the ability to engage across multiple platforms to solve complex technology challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint engineering and operations, specializing in mobile device management and enterprise mobility solutions.
• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot EMM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and Apple Business Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to address and resolve complex technical issues across multiple device platforms.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices for endpoint support and management.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving mobility infrastructure and enhancing end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise mobility management, including hands-on support with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and Apple Business Manager.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve advanced technical challenges.
• Experience supporting diverse mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $91,096.73 - $109,000.00 per year
