Park Nursing Home is seeking Food service supervisor to join Food and Nutrition Services Team in planning, organizing, directing, controlling and supervising functions within the dietary department of this rehabilitation center and skilled nursing facility. Responsible for directing the overall operation of Food and Nutrition Services on weekends. Ensures that quality nutritional services are provided on time and accurate based on resident diet tickets. Maintain department cleanliness, safe and sanitary manner in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility. Completion of all food inventories, Ensure all Refrigerators, freezers and food temperature is done and recorded
Experience:

Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Hospital or LTC as a food service supervisor.
- Must Be ServSafe or Local food handlers certified, CDM certification highly a plus.
