Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn installation, landscape installation, pruning, planting, and complete landscape overhauls.
- Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards
- Oversee the installation of new landscapes, including construction of features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to foster a productive work environment
- Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality expectations
- Provide guidance on horticultural practices, tree care, pest control, and seasonal plantings
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper operation and routine maintenance for optimal performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor construction roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of lawn care, gardening techniques, and horticulture principles.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and motivate staff
