Job Summary
MWork Auto Body is seeking an onsite Service Advisor for our Toledo location. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, managing the repair process from vehicle intake to pickup while ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers onsite throughout the repair process
- Explain repair procedures, timelines, and costs in clear, simple terms
- Communicate customer concerns and repair details between technicians and customers
- Manage repair orders from open to close
- Provide repair updates and address customer questions or concerns
- Recommend necessary repairs and assist with repair authorizations
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer, vehicle, and insurance information
- Follow company policies, warranty guidelines, and repair standards
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic automotive or collision repair knowledge preferred
- Ability to manage multiple repair cases at once
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience is a plus
- Sales experience required, with confidence in achieving set targets and objectives
