This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant (Office & Personal Support) located in Belmont, MA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, and ensuring effective communication within the office. Tasks include clerical duties, scheduling appointments, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. The role also involves maintaining and organizing office supplies and documents.
