HR Data Analyst (People Analytics)

About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven HR Data Analyst to support workforce strategy through advanced analytics and reporting. This role will partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to turn workforce data into actionable insights that improve hiring, retention, and overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data including headcount, turnover, recruiting, and performance metrics
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support HR and leadership decision-making
• Identify trends and provide insights on employee retention, engagement, and productivity
• Partner with recruiting teams to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes
• Develop predictive models (e.g., turnover risk, hiring success)
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and reporting tools
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable format

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or similar role
• Strong experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SuccessFactors)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and/or predictive modeling preferred
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into business insights

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Understanding of workforce planning and recruiting metrics
• Experience in the automotive engineering industry is a plus
