We seek a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team and execute hands-on marketing initiatives that drive traffic, enhance resident experiences, and support leasing efforts across our portfolio. Job Summary:The Marketing Coordinator will provide critical support to the Marketing Manager with administrative tasks. This role focuses on creating and implementing content, managing promotional activities, conducting marketing audits, and generating traffic to boost sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented doer with strong project management and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with property teams and regional managers, ensuring that marketing campaigns run smoothly and meet the company's goals. Key Responsibilities: Support for Marketing Manager:1. Content Creation & Video Production:• Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, community videos, and promotional materials to enhance property branding.• Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots for resident events, property tours, and marketing campaigns.2. Event Coordination & Resident Engagement:• Plan and execute onsite resident retention events to drive community participation and improve retention.• Collaborate with property teams on creative resident appreciation initiatives and promotional activities.3. Marketing Audits & Property Branding:• Conduct regular marketing audits at properties to ensure website functionality and branding consistency across signage, collateral, and digital platforms.• Provide actionable feedback to property teams to improve leasing materials and enhance the resident experience.4. Lead Generation & Campaign Coordination:• Implement promotional activities such as social media ads, digital campaigns, and local partnerships to generate traffic and increase lead generation.• Assist the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns and ensuring materials align with overall strategy.5. Market Research & Reporting:• Collect and organize market research data, track competitor strategies, and provide insights to the Marketing Manager.• Assist in preparing sales performance and campaign results reports for regular updates to leadership. 6. Administrative Support:• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for marketing strategy sessions and leadership meetings.• Handle vendor relations by tracking contracts, managing timelines, and ensuring service delivery.7. Internal Communication & Process Improvement:• Develop templates and standardized processes for marketing reports and audits to streamline communication and reporting.• Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of new initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Creative Design: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva for content creation.• Content Creation: Experience in creating engaging social media posts, promotional materials, and digital content.• Video Production: Basic knowledge of video editing and coordination for property tours and community events.• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging for various platforms.• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, property listing websites, and marketing tools like Sprout Social and CRM platforms.• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage tasks, schedules, and reporting.• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and within a team, supporting both the Marketing Manager.Education & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.• 2 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.Benefits:• Competitive salary and bonus structure.• Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.• 401(k) plan with company match.• Generous paid time off and company holidays.• Opportunities for professional growth and development. $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annually
