Now Hiring: Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for executing daily content delivery, community engagement, and digital organization across M.S. Rau’s growing online platforms. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for social media, storytelling, and creative communication — and who is excited to gain hands-on experience in the luxury art world.

You will play a key role in sharing the extraordinary stories behind our masterpieces, interacting with our global audience, and helping to shape the voice of one of the world’s most renowned art and antiques galleries.

Your Role Will Include:

Content Creation & Social Video Production

• Capture, film, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) using mobile and desktop tools
• Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions daily using M.S. Rau’s approved brand voice
• Monitor and prepare responses for reviews on platforms including Google Business, TripAdvisor, and Yelp
• Maintain and organize digital content asset libraries with accurate file naming
• Assist with photography needs to support brand visuals
• Design simple graphics for social distribution, especially on Pinterest

Research, Tracking & Administrative Support

• Monitor competitor and industry activity — prepare concise weekly insights
• Input weekly social performance data into tracking tools and dashboards
• Generate and apply UTM links for performance tracking
• Assist with paid social asset preparation and documentation
• Support upkeep of platform tools and social media accounts

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated passion for social media marketing and current platform trends
• Experience with creative and scheduling tools (Photoshop, Canva, basic video editing)
• Hands-on experience creating short-form videos for academic or personal projects

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Analytical mindset with interest in understanding performance metrics
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership of assigned tasks
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Trustworthy and accountable team contributor

Compensation & Position Type:

• Full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:15 PM, with occasional evenings or Saturdays based on gallery needs
