Change Management Consultant
M Powered Strategies is seeking a Change Management Consultant to help clients prepare for, adopt, and sustain change across complex transformation and implementation initiatives. This role supports organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, sponsor alignment, and adoption planning so that new ways of working can take hold effectively.
The ideal candidate understands that transformation succeeds not only through good plans, but through engaged stakeholders, aligned leadership, and practical support for implementation. This person should be able to assess impacts, identify barriers, develop change strategies, and support clients in moving from decision to action.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness reviews.
- Develop change management plans, readiness strategies, communications plans, and adoption tools.
- Support sponsor engagement and leadership alignment.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and readiness discussions.
- Identify change risks, resistance points, and mitigation actions.
- Develop talking points, implementation guidance, and stakeholder-facing materials.
- Support execution of change, communications, and adoption activities across workstreams.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the US
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4-10 years of relevant experience in organizational change management, readiness, adoption, stakeholder engagement, or transformation support.
- Experience supporting organizational transitions or implementation efforts.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to develop practical plans and materials that help organizations navigate change.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prosci or similar change management training or certification.
- Federal consulting experience.
- Experience with healthcare transformation, EHR modernization, or large-scale implementation.
- Experience supporting executive sponsors, communications, or stakeholder coalitions.
