Are You a Plumber Ready to Put the Tools Down?

Are you an experienced plumber or plumbing professional who's ready to put the tools down but doesn't want to leave the industry? M&N Plumbing Supply is looking for someone with real plumbing knowledge to join our team in Counter Sales.

Your field experience has value. You already know the products, understand what contractors are dealing with on the jobsite, and can speak their language. We'll help you make the transition from working with the tools to helping the people who use them.

What You'll Do

·         Help plumbing contractors get the right products for the job

·         Handle counter sales and customer orders

·         Answer product and application questions

·         Help customers troubleshoot and find solutions

·         Build relationships with local contractors

·         Work closely with our inside sales, warehouse, purchasing, and outside sales teams

·         Learn our computer system and process orders quickly and accurately

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in:

·         Plumbers ready to put the tools down

·         Plumbing apprentices or journeymen looking for a career change

·         Experienced plumbing supply counter or inside salespeople

·         Candidates with strong knowledge of plumbing products and applications

·         Dependable people who enjoy working with contractors and solving problems

You don't have to be an experienced salesperson. If you know plumbing and know how to take care of contractors, we can teach you the rest.

Pay & Benefits

·         $25–$30/hour, depending on experience. 

·         95% of employee healthcare premium paid by M&N

·         401(k) available

·         Monday–Friday schedule.  Overtime available.
