Role Description The Counter Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Denver, CO. This role involves assisting walk-in and call-in customers with product selection, pricing, and orders, while providing accurate information about plumbing, equipment, and tool inventory. Daily tasks include processing sales transactions, generating quotes, managing order entry, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely and correct fulfillment. The Counter Sales team member will maintain clean and organized counter and display areas, restock shelves, and support basic merchandising activities. The role also includes answering customer questions, resolving issues, and offering product suggestions, as well as participating in ongoing training to stay current on product lines and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with trade customers and internal teams.
- Sales and Sales Management capabilities to support counter sales activities, meet goals, and promote key products.
- Training experience or the ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with customers and colleagues.
