Primary Responsibilities
Customer Transportation
- Safely transport customers to and from the shop
- Provide a friendly, professional experience during every ride
- Plan efficient routes and manage timing throughout the day
- Represent our company with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist Service Advisors with daily workflow support
- Perform quality control (QC) checks before vehicles are delivered
- Move vehicles in and out of service bays
- Help maintain shop organization and cleanliness
- Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 7 years of driving experience preferred
- Safe, dependable, and responsible driver
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
- Comfortable driving different types of vehicles (manual transmission a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- Team-oriented with attention to detail
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required
