Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Own full responsibility for a set of HOA communities, each meeting monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly (with potential for evening meetings from 6–8 p.m.).
- Client Relations: Interact daily with board members and homeowners—resolving concerns, addressing escalations, and making each client feel valued.
- Financial Oversight: Review and manage association budgets, invoices, and monthly financial statements.
- Communications & Compliance: Draft clear, professional correspondence regarding non-compliance issues, community updates, and annual events.
- Board Meetings & Reporting: Attend and facilitate regular board and annual meetings; prepare management reports and meeting minutes.
- Property Inspections: Conduct thorough property visits, record observations, and follow through on required actions.
- Strategic Support: Guide each Board of Directors in making sound business decisions to enhance community well-being.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- HOA Community Management Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of portfolio-based HOA management is mandatory. Rental or leasing experience alone will not be considered.
- Certifications: CMCA, AMS, or PCAM are highly desirable.
- Professional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, including grammar and composition, is essential.
- Customer Service Mindset: We are a high-touch, client-focused organization, so a calm, solutions-oriented approach to upset or challenging stakeholders is crucial.
- Schedule Flexibility: Availability for evening board meetings (6–8 p.m.), along with a standard 40–50 hour workweek.
