We’re seeking a HOA Property Manager to join our team and oversee day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and board advisory for multiple communities. Training will be provided.
In this role, you’ll serve as the key liaison between homeowners, boards, vendors, and internal teams—ensuring each community is efficiently managed, financially sound, and a great place to live. From supporting board governance and managing capital improvement projects to fostering resident engagement and mentoring junior staff, you’ll play a critical role in the long-term success of our communities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Intent to build a career in Property and HOA Management
This position requires occasional evening meetings, use of a personal vehicle, and a commitment to exceptional service.
