Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Milwaukee, WI. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Daily activities include developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the design and project management teams to execute client projects effectively. The Sales Executive will also represent the company’s product offerings, including HAWORTH solutions and other office furniture brands, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in business development, client relationship management, and sales negotiation
- Knowledge of office interior solutions, space planning, and furniture systems preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and goal-driven
- Background in consultative sales, in a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and software for sales tracking
