M&M Office Interiors is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Sales Director to lead revenue strategy, elevate client experience, and drive both legacy account growth and new business development across the Madison and Milwaukee markets.
Based in our Middleton office, this leadership role includes regular travel to the Milwaukee market and serves as a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the President/CEO.
The Sales Director will:
- Lead, mentor, and grow our existing sales team
- Recruit, coach, and develop sales professionals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
- Oversee and manage, forecasting, and performance accountability
- Support major RFPs, pricing strategy, and client presentations
- Strengthening manufacturer relationships
The position offers a competitive total compensation package (consisting of a base salary plus performance-based incentive bonus) with an anticipated annual earnings range of $80,000 to $150,000, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, industry knowledge, and overall fit for the role.
