Make your next step a big one! We’re hiring a Sales Associate in our Antiseptics division!

We’re hiring a Sales Associate to contribute to the continued growth and success of our Antiseptics Portfolio. This is an entry-level medical sales role designed to provide 18–24 months of immersive field training and hands-on experience alongside experienced sales professionals across the Western US.

You will join a highly connected, team‑oriented sales group that values collaboration and shared wins. The Sales Associate plays a key role in supporting Sales Representatives across a broad, multi‑location footprint while developing a strong foundation through hands‑on experience, coaching, and practical training. This environment is built on mutual support, enabling new team members to gain confidence and contribute quickly.

Upon successful completion of the program, Sales Associates are well prepared to transition into a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role or advance to the next stage of their career within the organization.

(Relocation within the US may be required for promotion.)

Role Overview:

  • Cultivating new and existing customer relationships, providing them with insights into product features, distinctions, and optimal utilization.
  • While working to support the region’s Territory Sales reps, you’ll serve as the face of Molnlycke during sales calls and actively contribute to achieving sales goals set by the Regional Sales Team.
  • Performing administrative duties such as preparing reports, entering data into Salesforce.com, and diligently following up on orders.
  • Attending sales meetings and trade shows to showcase our products and stay updated on industry trends. Assist in creating materials for sales meetings and presentations.
  • Keeping abreast of market developments by monitoring competitor activities, staying informed through trade magazines and associations, and collecting valuable customer feedback.
  • Introduce new products and expand business with existing customers by presenting detailed product information, highlighting features, and emphasizing product distinctions.
  • Collaborate with distributor management and sales representatives to synchronize sales and marketing initiatives, enhance business opportunities, and improve customer service.
  • Resolve customer issues by liaising with the Customer Service Department, ensuring prompt identification and resolution.
  • Undertake projects such as temporary relocation to open territories to cover vacancies, job shadowing senior sales professionals, and conducting in-services at customer locations to train clinicians.

Work-Life Balance

  • 65-75% Overnight travel is expected
  • Should be open to possible relocation within US in 20-24 months
