Qualifications

- Experience with Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, permits, and approvals.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes, quality control standards, and construction codes and regulations.
- Background in Logistics Management, including coordination of labor, materials, equipment, and schedules.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with owners, design professionals, and subcontractors.
- Proven track record in managing budgets, change orders, and project documentation with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience in commercial construction project management.
- Commitment to safety practices and familiarity with OSHA standards; ability to lead on-site teams and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
