- Dispatching flaggers and crews to job sites
- Tracking job sites and purchase orders (POs)
- Managing USA dig tickets / utility locate tickets
- Scheduling inspections
- Assisting with office support and daily operations
- Data entry and reporting in Excel and QuickBooks Online
Requirements:
- Prior dispatch experience required
- Must know Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Experience with USA dig tickets and inspection scheduling is required
- Must be organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in construction, traffic control, or utility work is highly preferred.
