We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated New York state Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). Having PLS licensure in New Jersey and Connecticut, in addition to NY State, is a strong plus. The candidate will be working out of the NJ office in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of survey field crews and survey CAD technicians, overseeing project workflows from field data collection through final deliverables, preparing and managing survey crew schedules and office production schedules, ensuring compliance with applicable state regulations and professional standards, reviewing and certifying survey documents in accordance with NY licensure requirements, preparing survey-related proposals, including scope development, budgeting, and timelines, monitoring project budgets and ensuring profitability targets are met, Providing technical guidance and mentorship to survey staff, maintaining strong client relationships and support business development efforts.

Qualifications
The candidate must have active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in New York; strong knowledge of surveying principles, procedures, and state regulations; must have experience managing field crews and office technical staff; proficiency with survey data processing and CAD software; experience preparing proposals and cost estimates; excellent organizational leadership, and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
