We are growing and adding a true business development sales professional who wants ownership of their accounts, strong recruiting support, and the ability to build long-term revenue, not just chase one-off deals.
The Role:
This is a full-cycle sales position focused on new business development and client growth.
You will generate opportunities, own relationships, and partner with our recruiting delivery team to execute successful searches.
This is not a transactional sales seat - you will operate as a talent advisor and account owner.
What You’ll Do:
Business Development
• Prospect and generate new clients (calls, meetings, networking, LinkedIn, events)
• Identify hiring needs and position M Force as the solution
• Secure contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and retained search agreements
Client Ownership
• Serve as primary contact for your accounts
• Build relationships with hiring leaders and executives
• Manage ongoing partnerships and retention
Search Leadership
• Lead intake calls and define search strategy
• Drive communication between client and recruiting team
• Guide interviews, feedback, and offer process
Account Growth
• Expand existing accounts and develop long-term partnerships
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Manage pipeline and revenue targets
What Success Looks Like:
• Consistent outbound activity
• New client acquisition
• Repeat business from existing accounts
• High fill rate through recruiter partnership
• Revenue growth and territory expansion
Qualifications:
• 2 years experience in recruiting/staffing sales or B2B sales
• Comfortable generating your own opportunities (hunter mentality)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities
• CRM or sales tool experience (Tracker, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter preferred)
Compensation & Schedule:
• Competitive base salary (weekly pay)
• Base range $50k - $80k, depending on experience {negotiable}
