What You'll Do
As a Marine Detail Specialist, you'll help keep our customers' boats looking showroom-ready by performing services including:
- Washing and detailing boats of all sizes
- Machine buffing, polishing, and waxing
- Interior cleaning and detailing
- Bottom painting
- Assisting with boat launches, hauls, and deliveries
- Supporting our boating concierge services
- Maintaining a clean, organized work environment
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Reliable and shows up ready to work

- Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Honest and dependable
- Able to swim
- Able to consistently work 40 hours per week
Marine detailing or boating experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidates.
Boater Safety Certification, lifeguard certification, or captain's credentials are a plus—but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
