What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marine Sales Specialist position at Fox Powersports Lakeside Marine?
SUMMARY
Sells/leases new and used units at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to customers who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Keep up to date with the latest product information to ensure a high standard of unit knowledge.
- Provide customers with specification information (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) about all units.
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of units features.
- Utilizes dealership systems to complete (pre and post) follow-up to build and maintain a client database.
- Maintains a working knowledge of unit values and equity, finance products and Fox programs.
- Ensures Fox processes are followed for unit delivery.
- Introduce customers to the various points of interest of the dealership.
- Assists with preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of units are available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers.
SKILLSEDUCATION
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer Proficiencies - required to maintain CRM system and email.
- Communication skills (written and verbal) - excellent communication skills are required to interact with customer and persuade them to purchase a new vehicle.

- Valid Driver's License
