Responsibilities:
As a commercial real estate broker with us, you'll be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling or leasing commercial properties by identifying properties that meet their needs, showing properties to potential buyers or tenants, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance throughout the buying, selling or leasing process. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations, and be responsive to clients.
