Role Description The Associate Real Estate Broker will support brokerage activities across commercial property types, including multi-family, office, medical office, and retail in the Frisco, TX market and surrounding areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying leads, conducting property tours, preparing and presenting marketing materials, and assisting with negotiations to secure favorable terms for clients. The role involves maintaining client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, conducting market research, and updating internal databases with accurate listing and transaction information. The broker will collaborate with senior team members on sales and leasing strategies, investment analyses, and deal execution while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Brokerage and Real Estate, with experience or interest in commercial properties (multi-family, office, medical office, retail).
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Service, including lead generation, relationship building, and client support.
- Understanding of Real Property concepts, including valuation, leasing structures, and investment fundamentals.
- Active Texas real estate license (or eligibility to obtain one promptly) and familiarity with local and regional market conditions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear proposals, presentations, and reports.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort working in a collaborative team environment and using CRM, listing platforms, and standard office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
