M Culinary Concepts is searching for enthusiastic Buffet Attendants to join our vibrant team at the 2026 WM Phoenix Open and help us create incredible dining experiences at the Greenest Show on the Grass. About the Role
As a Buffet Attendant at the WM Phoenix Open, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will set up, maintain, and serve at food stations throughout the day, ensuring stations remain stocked, clean, organized, and visually appealing. You will also work closely with Venue Captains, Food Runners, BOH Leads, and FOH teammates to keep service smooth and consistent in a high-volume environment. If you enjoy fast-paced event work, guest interaction, and bringing order and presentation to every station, this role is perfect for you.

What We Need From You
Besides your great attitude, here is what sets you up for success:
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred; customer service experience required
- Valid food handlers card or ANSI-accredited certificate
- Ability to maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing stations
- Reliable communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail, portion control, and food safety guidelines
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Comfort bending, reaching and performing repetitive motions
- Consistent access to the internet to retrieve schedules and event updates
