About the Role:
The Café Cashier/Barista plays a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient café experience for our customers. You’ll greet patrons, prepare specialty coffee and other beverages, and process transactions accurately. From customizing drinks to stocking supplies, you ensure a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment. As the face of our café, your service leaves a lasting impression, making each visit enjoyable for our customers.

What we need from you:
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, a talent for handling multiple orders, and the ability to remember customer preferences. You should be comfortable operating a register, balancing transactions, and following food safety procedures. This role requires the stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs. The ideal candidate is efficient, friendly, and attentive, ready to serve customers in a fast-paced café setting.
