WMPO Coordinator (Seasonal)
M Culinary Concept is searching for a passionate WMPO Coordinator to join our vibrant team and help us recruit for the WM Phoenix Open. We’re an award-winning catering company based in Phoenix, AZ (we're talking TOP COMPANIES TO WORK FOR & GREAT PLACE TO WORK three years running!).
WMPO Coordinator will assist the Human Resources Team with all inquiries about WMPO. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all applicants interested in working at WMPO, handling all phone calls, emails, walk-in and scheduling questions/inquires related to employment opportunities for WMPO.
Position Essential Functions:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all applicants seeking employment at WMPO.
- Manage and respond to all phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding employment opportunities at WMPO.
- Act as a resource for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process.
- Assist the HR Department with scheduling interviews, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding as needed.
- Assist the HR department by providing information to our WMPO new hires related to Schedules, Orientation, Employee credentials and Employee parking.
- Answer all HR Emails, online chat bot and online apps.
- Provide support to the HR team at job fairs and Orientation.
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned.

Hours are Monday through Friday 9-5pm, Some weekends and evenings. This is a seasonal position from Nov 2026 – March 2027.
