In this role, you'll safely deliver, install, and set up major household appliances while providing outstanding customer service. As the final step in the customer's buying experience, you'll play an important role in ensuring every delivery is completed with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and deliver major household appliances to customer homes and businesses.
- Install and connect appliances, including refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and other household appliances.
- Remove and haul away old appliances when requested.
- Inspect products before and after delivery to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- Ensure proper installation and verify appliances are functioning correctly before leaving the customer's home.
- Educate customers on the basic operation and care of their new appliances.
- Work safely in customers' homes while protecting floors, walls, doorways, and personal property.
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and required documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered.
- Maintain a clean company vehicle and assist with warehouse organization as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances on a daily basis.
- Ability to work well as part of a two-person delivery team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous appliance delivery, furniture delivery, moving, warehouse, or installation experience.
- Experience installing household appliances.
- Forklift certification or warehouse experience is a plus.
Work Environment
- Daily travel to residential and commercial customer locations.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and maneuvering appliances weighing over 100 pounds using proper equipment and team lifting techniques.
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Occasional overtime may be required during busy seasons.
