What You'll Do
- Run day-to-day job site operations -- scheduling, field oversight, and trade coordination
- Perform hands-on carpentry: framing, crown molding, door/window casing, baseboards, fixtures, and hardware
- Rough frame walls, ceilings, and roofs
- Repair or replace patios, decks, doors, cabinets, appliances
- Handle necessary demolition to prep for repairs
- Read plans and follow scopes of work accurately
- Work with the Project Management team to solve problems and maintain schedules
- Keep job sites safe and compliant (signage, OSHA basics)
- 5 years carpentry experience remodeling required
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Knowledge of residential and commercial building codes
- Experience with detailed, complex projects
- Ability to lead, communicate, and report progress clearly
- Willing to learn new software basic job tracking
- Competitive Pay: 30 - 38/hr. based on experience
