Job Summary
Central Mass Co specializing in all aspects of residential and light commercial building remodeling and repairs is currently seeking a Carpenter for our field operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an effective professional to plan, manage and execute maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee all aspects of Carpentry & Building Maintenance
- Manage daily tasks and update on progress
- Maintain site records and file daily field reports and update checklists
- Ensure that work is completed on-time and in accordance with company standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Four years of residential construction and maintenance
- Ability to develop effective relationships with clients, project managers and subcontractors
- Leadership skills to manage all on site activities.
- Must be deadline and detail oriented.
- Must be able to travel
- Comfortable with documentation and reporting systems
