Responsibilities
- Perform general construction and restoration tasks, including demo, framing, finish work, and site prep.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring they're ready for use on site.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to keep projects moving.
- Follow all safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Someone that values personal appearance for the purposes of interacting with clients
- Prior hands-on construction experience (preferred: 12 years minimum).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
- Year-round availability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
