Schedule: 3 days per week, approximately 11 hours per week
M.A.J. Law Firm, LLC, an immigration law firm, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Part-Time Intake Specialist to assist with the initial intake and onboarding of prospective and new clients. This position will support M.A.J. Law Firm,’s community-based immigration services.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with clients, and able to accurately collect and enter information.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and new clients for intake appointments.
- Collect and organize client information and supporting documents.
- Create and update client/lead accounts in the firm's case management system.
- Enter intake information accurately and completely.
- Scan, copy, upload, and organize client documents.
- Ensure documents are properly labeled and saved in the appropriate client file.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients.
- Follow the firm's intake procedures and workflow.
- Assist the legal team with administrative tasks related to new client onboarding.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents.
- Ensure intake tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Qualification:
- Bilingual skill (Spanish) is required.
Schedule
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 11 hours per week over 3 days. The specific schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
