We’re looking for a high-energy, execution-driven SDR Manager to lead a team of 6 SDRs and build a high-performance outbound sales culture.
What You’ll Own
- Build a strong, competitive, high-accountability SDR culture.
- Maximize daily dials, prospecting activity, and customer touchpoints.
- Coach SDRs to improve connect rates, conversations, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline.
- Drive daily standups, call reviews, performance scorecards, and weekly targets.
- Lead from the front. Get on calls, demonstrate what works, and push the team to outperform.
- Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene and sales discipline.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in B2B outbound sales/SDR functions, including team leadership experience.
- Proven ability to run high-volume outbound prospecting teams.
- Strong understanding of cold calling, sales cadences, and pipeline generation.
- Data-driven, hands-on, competitive, and relentless about execution.
- Experience selling enterprise technology, SaaS, or AI solutions preferred.
