- Team: Sales
- Level: Senior
- 8 years of experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, Pursuit Management, Pre-Sales, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise RFP/RFI/RFQ processes.
- Experience with US and EMEA based enterprise procurement and RFP processes.
- Strong Bid/No-Bid decision-making and opportunity qualification experience.
- Excellent bid and proposal writing skills with the ability to create persuasive, customer-centric content.
- Strong project and process management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority bids simultaneously.
- Experience in AI, SI/GSI, Cloud, Enterprise Technology,
- Experience managing bids for Fortune 500 / enterprise customers.
- Experience with US-based enterprise procurement and RFP processes.
- Experience supporting large strategic deals and complex sales pursuits.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI, automation, cloud platforms, enterprise software, or agentic AI.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
- Familiarity with proposal management platforms, CRM systems, knowledge repositories, and AI-powered proposal too
