Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Preparer, located in San Diego, CA. The Tax Preparer will be responsible for preparing individual and business tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. The role includes reviewing financial statements, organizing financial records, and providing solutions to meet clients’ tax obligations. Collaboration with the finance team and staying up-to-date on tax law changes will also be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Some experience in Tax Preparation and an understanding of Tax law
- Positive and solutions-focused attitude
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. We will train on tax software
- Good communication skills
